Junior–Intermediate / Graduate Surveyor
With a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking for a Survey Technician, Junior–Intermediate Surveyor, or Graduate Surveyor to join our friendly and professional team.
We’re open to candidates at all levels — from those just starting out through to experienced surveyors. For the right person, we’re flexible on both role scope and remuneration.
This role offers a great mix of field and office work across a range of projects, including small infill developments, larger subdivisions, and rural work.
About the role
This is a hands-on role with variety across fieldwork and office-based support.
Fieldwork includes:
Cadastral surveys
Construction set-out and as-builts
Topographical surveys
Office work includes:
Survey data processing and calculations
Supporting accurate and timely project delivery
Equipment management and maintenance
You’ll work alongside an experienced team delivering practical, high-quality outcomes.
About you
We’re ultimately looking for the right person — attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
Ideally, you will have:
Relevant NZ experience (preferred but not essential)
A tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience
Experience with 12d, 12d Synergy (or similar)
Strong communication skills
A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
Familiarity with Topcon GNSS and Leica robotic total stations
NZ residency or a valid work visa is required.

About the Role
We’re looking for an intermediate or senior level Planner with a solid understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and experience preparing resource consent applications. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of diverse and interesting land development projects in a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.
You’ll be managing your own projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and Council staff, and playing a key role in helping us deliver on our promise of exceptional service.
