Commercial or Industrial subdivision

There is no minimum lot area in the Commercial Zone, so subdivision is limited by accommodating any existing or proposed building, as well as having appropriate servicing, access and carparking.  

Industrial subdivision has a minimum lot area dependent on whether the area is serviced or un-serviced and can be limited further by structure plan requirements.  You will need to talk Cogswell specifically about the land that you have in mind and we can guide you further, either via a feasibility study or high-level advice.
