Hi Pete and Phil, 
I wanted to send you and your team at Cogswell Surveys a formal thank you, for your excellent work on the Cambridge Community House building project. The donation of your services has enabled us to reach the funding target needed to apply for further funding and to keep to our project timeline.
Partnering with you has enabled the progress of this project and the ability to continue working on our larger building, which is much needed, due to simply running out of space to provide our growing services. Our community need is increasing with the population growth of Cambridge.
