This recent project has seen the first stage of construction completed of 16 Lots and planning for the second and final stage underway. This project consists of a total of 40 residential sections with associated roading and infrastructure including the connection of Rose Leigh Drive to Swayne Road. The project will provide a mixture of housing options with mainly medium size residential sections and a future medium density development in the front.
Cogswell Surveys prepared and obtained Resource Consent for this development and provided design services and project management of construction through to completion of the first stage, which currently has several houses under construction.
Planning and engineering design work for the second and final stage of this small project is currently being undertaken by Cogswell Surveys and construction of the next stage is due for 2018.
