This project was recently completed and is the single largest project undertaken by Cogswell Surveys.
This multi award winning project involved the development of 285 large residential sections, with a Commercial area, retirement village ( BUPA ) and several duplex developments within. This project was undertaken in 5 stages over a number of years and is now the premier subdivision in Cambridge being an eco-friendly development with over 17 km of walkways networking with reserves and wetlands within the housing.
Cogswell Surveys worked with Consulting Engineers BECA, who provided design services for the project and Environmental Management Services who provided Consultant Planning services to obtain resource consents.
The Cogswell Surveys team provided project management services, supervision of construction and surveying services through to the issue of titles for all 5 stages.
